Shipping policy

When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in China. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during holidays and sales seasons. We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed within 3–5 business days from the order date and shipped the day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 3–5 business days for processing. After that, delivery will take approximately 12–20 business days within the United States and 15–30 business days for international orders (depending on the destination).

Will I be charged taxes and customs duties?

The prices displayed on our website are tax-free and listed in U.S. dollars, which means you may be required to pay duties and taxes once your order arrives. Import taxes, customs duties, and related customs fees may be charged when your order reaches its final destination and are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs authorities.
